SGA Biography

Four years and a whole lot of determination! That’s all Chad Panzer needed to work his way from electrician in the family business to State General Agent with American Income Life. And it all began with a wise friend who told him just how unlimited an opportunity really is with AIL.

“I was personally recruited by my friend, Gabriel Feldmann, who was an Agent with American Income Life,” Chad recalls, “and I saw how well he was doing since contracting with the Company.” That was all the motivation Chad needed to leave his electrician job in the rearview mirror and join Gabriel at AIL.

During the next four years, Chad’s consistent hard work allowed him to sign six separate contracts with American Income Life:  Agent, Supervising Agent (SA), General Agent (GA), Master General Agent (MGA), Regional General Agent (RGA), and then State General Agent, confirming his best-of-the-best status at AIL.

“My career with AIL has been an amazing journey,” Chad says. “I’m learning every day, plus I’m always surrounded by wonderful people helping me along the way.” Speaking of wonderful people, the most rewarding part of Chad’s career with AIL, aside from the financial security, is the ability to spend more time with his wife and children.

Chad makes no secret as to the importance of AIL’s products. “They provide comfort to a family during one of the worst days of their lives,” he says. It’s for that reason – the idea of giving, of helping others – that Chad issues this advice to anyone considering a sales position with AIL:  “Never give up,” he says, fully aware he is proof that if you don’t give up, good things will come your way.

Along with spending time with his beloved family, Chad’s hobbies include all sports, fast cars, and dirt bikes.

As for Gabriel, Chad’s old friend who introduced him to AIL? He moved up to Maine along with Chad where he is now an American Income Life MGA.

Having experienced firsthand what an individual can achieve in a career with AIL, Chad is eager to pass the opportunity on and, in the process, grow his Agency in ‘The Pine Tree State’.
